Payments for an activated Dial Summary subscription are normally non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse charges already incurred.
Free access and trials
A free plan or trial does not create a payment obligation. If a paid plan is offered after a trial, its price, billing period and included features will be shown before purchase. Please review those details before confirming payment.
Exceptional refund review
If you believe a charge was duplicated, made in error or affected by a technical failure, contact us with the account email, transaction reference, payment date and a short explanation. We review each eligible request using the information provided. Approval is not automatic.
When a refund is approved, Dial Summary initiates it within seven working days. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.
